For over 28 years, Sandra practiced civil litigation at McLennan Ross LLP. During that time, Sandra's primary areas of focus were insurance and personal injury law.  She represented clients at various levels of court in Alberta, Saskatchewan and Northwest Territories. In addition, she gained significant experience advocating on behalf of clients in various alternative dispute settings including JDRs and mediations.

Ultimately, Sandra's focus turned to the conduct of mediations and to that end, she retired from private practice in December 2018. In January 2019, Sandra began providing her mediation services through Weber Mediation and she hasn't looked back since.
