Mitchell Rose, C. Med, Q. Arb, is a tenured third party neutral and dispute resolution lawyer dedicated to the art of settlement. $2,100.00 (plus HST) for a two-party, half-day virtual mediation*, and $3,600.00 (plus HST) for a two-party, full-day virtual mediation when booked in advance. Rate includes a pre-mediation conference call, up to one hour of preparation, and up to one 1/2 hour of post-mediation follow-up (if required). In-person and hybrid rates are extra. Additional time and parties are extra, as is travel outside of the GTA for attending an in-person mediation. Evening and weekend mediations are available on request. Special rates are available for Small Claims Court and Human Rights Tribunal mediations.
